Dating and marriage agencies are legal in most countries, so there is not much of a legal issue with this dating.The age of consent in Florida is 18 but there's a close in age exception which allows a 23yo or younger to have legal sex with a minor aged 16 or 17.Dating is legal if your parents are OK with it because there are no laws for dating, just for sex.Sexual activity has specific laws that vary throughout the world.
Being 17 in Florida means there isn't going to be an issue in either case.There are laws about sexual activity and depending on the state, this is probably not an issue either.
